What is that disney movie about kids find ghosts, one of the ghosts is blue and a evil one named zacharias?

  • the kids find these ghosts and try to help them pass over and there is a good ghost that is blue, and a woman ghost. there is a evil ghost named zacharias and one scene the woman ghost flies in and catches a fireball that was thrown by the evil ghost and when the ghosts fly they turn into these bright colorful ribbon looking things that fly through the air
