Payment problems, what's wrong?

    My license ends (leased) in few minutes (or few hoirus depending where is jelsoft - me, im in France)
    So i went to member area => renew => lease version upgrade => payment.
    I tried to pay via metacharge => error page telling the transaction didn't suceed
    I tried via paypal (without account, just paying via Visa) => white page with just 3 menu and a phrase telling me "click here to try again" without further explanations....

    So i figure the payments didn't work, but why? i have enough founds on my CB, i have a visa thant can be used everywhere in the world, i paid one year ago with a visa without any problem.
    What's wrong with jelsoft payment? i paid via paypal with another site (without have any account) 0 problems.

    I wouldn't like that the period goes because i need to have same license number as far as i have a whole forum ready an using my actual license.

    Edit: with meta charge i got this weird message ... no comment > We were unable to authorise this transaction based on the credentials supplied. Please supply an alternative payment method or cancel the transaction. Suspected fraudulent transaction because score exceeded limit of 2.5


  • i found the solution. It's a good thing, because with the support "provided" support (ironic), i would have lose my actual license number :mad:
