Is there anyone who is on Katya contraceptive pill? ?
March 12th, 2010 by janeAs with all contraceptive pills, you start the pill on day one of your menstrual cycle. You might have irregular, breakthrough bleeding and spotting for the first 1-2 months, this will generally settle down after awhile.
Combined hormone contraceptives basically work by stopping you from ovulating and thickening the secretions round your cervix which makes it harder for sperm to get through. It also makes the lining of the womb thinner, which is less habitual for the egg.
Any other information you want to know is contained in the leaflet that came with your medication.

Your question is there too!
