I was thinking about getting it on the inside of my wrist, since that area is least likely to stretch if I gain/lose weight, or as I get older. The tattoo is a star made up of music notes, so it's fairly small and can go just about anywhere. Would the forearm work well? Are there other places that won't distort too badly if my skin stretches for whatever reason? And how bad does that spot hurt?hey i have tattoos on both wrists, upper arm, and ankles. for a tattoo that small, i like the inner wrist-its something you can always see and its a really cool spot. it wasn't that painful for me. after the first minute, you get used to it. hope this helps and enjoy your new tattoo
go with your knee capfirst of all----are you married? if so, never mind---but if your not...don't get it in a noticeable place...it will ruin the gown on your wedding day. i swear. it will look soooo trashy. get it on your back or your foot. maybe even behind your ear?? haha..actually..maybe notheey hun,
well i habe 2 tats - one on the back of my neck and one on my foot.
i loveeee wrist, thats where my next one is gunna be ;] lol
i wouldnt do fore arm - it's too big of an area to have a small tatoo like that. i mean you could, but on a girl i dont really like arms tats.
i might do it on ur foot ( have a bunch of stars on mine) it looks really cute and it obv wont stretch or anything. it didnt hurt too bad - and it didnt take long. or i really like the back of your neck, and again its not too bad. i love ur tattoo tho, goodluck and be brave ;] haha
xoxI have four tattoos, and two of them are on between my shoulder blades, and they are quite large, your neck is a good place too (mostly muscle).
I doubt that spot would stretch on anyone, and even so it'd be cover by clothing.
Point being, that wasn't painful, and easily covered. However, if you are sure you want it on your wrist, the middle of your forearm will be less painful (usually). The closer to your palm, the worse it usually is. Since it is right on the veins and such. I have friends with forearms tattoos, and they say it wasn't painful at all, and my sister has one right on her veins close to her palm and she said it hurt the most of all of her tattoos. Keep in mind, pain tolerance varies greatly person to person.
Im thinking of a forearm piece as well, but nowhere near my wrist. Honestly, I am terrified of needles near my veins. Ha.
Hope that helps. :)i think the wrist is good because its also small so it would look proportionally right thereWell by your name i dont think your a guy but if you are get a zipper right down your chest and stomach...it looks awesome especially if you have abs...if your a girls idk...also just get something that relates to you, or that you like, or just go by instinctI think the back of the neck is cute and if you don't want it visible when you're like 45, then your hair will cover it up, plus I don't believe much "skin stretching" goes on in that area.It best to find a place that won't hurt to much, the back or shoulders are alway a popular placeya side wrist sounds good ...idk if it would hurt ive got no tats =pDepends on size and design
Placement is very important
in any case..just talk it over
with your artist...Good luckThat is actually quite cute! Adorable!
You don't have to worry about your skin stretching and distorting that unless you put it on your belly.
Anywhere on your wrist or arm should not be a problem at all.
It doesn't matter how much it hurts, it only matters that you hold still!
luck to you.I have a tattoo on my wrist and i also have One on my neck and one going down my spine...honestly the one on my wrist was so painful!!! but i guess its ur pain tolerance...all of them where painful but standable lol. good luck. I think that'd be cute behind your ear on your neck? or on your calf.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
