  • Now a days the job is "Horse horn" for a while: Do not let the present and try for any:

  • Ranbaxy is a good company and must be paying you well .I am of the suggestions that you must spend at least 1.5 to 2 yrs with a company and expertise the work before thinking for a change

  • I think you should give yourself some time to grow within the organisation as Ranbaxy is a good company.

  • If it is your first experience your should not leave even if you are getting double salary elsewhere. One should try for at least 3 years (Depend on kind of Job and circumstances) consistancy initially to make a good CV.

  • Why do you want to change?
Are you not satisfied with your present position?

If this is the case do go for a change. If you have enough experience you think you can go for change.
