i use my mom's more than she does, but i think she would like to have HER phone more than me. the only way this will happen is if she gets me a phone or pays for the phone and let me pay the bill (or part of it at least). My b-days in January. Help!Get a job to pay for itHmmm. Your mom will get you a phone but you have to pay for it?
That sounds pretty good becaue shey is letting you get one.
When it is your birthda.. dont whine about it now because she will get annyoyed.
But before it is your birthday say.. " Mom.. the only thing i want is a cell phone for my b-day"
And then walk away once she heard it.
Lets assume you will get one because a lot of people get it on tehre birthdays..... say THANK YOU and say you will do many chores to pay the bills.
Dont worry.. it will probably work

Trust me, if I knew the answer I would have one by now. Do more house work around the house. Ask your mom about how's work going for her, and compliment her a lot, but not too much. Do more stuff for her. This way, it will seem you're more independent and responsible and she'll trust you with a cell phone. But after doing all of this start dropping hints.get dropped off at a place.....say the doctors.....when she picks you up tell her i was waiting her for a hour........and say "I NEED A PHONE"Suggest a pay as you go phone. We got one for our 12 year old last Christmas and he pays for the minutes himself, we don't even give it a second thought. We've been impressed by how responsible he's been with it, since he pays for it w/ his own money. Maybe if you do that, your mom will see that you can be trusted with a plan of your own, or an addition to her plan.
