I work very early in the morning 6:30am and exercise in the evening. Sometimes I am very tired by 6pm when I am able to exercise and I was wondering if there was something I could take around 2pm that would give me the boost I need to exercise more. Nothing that is going to make my heart pound out of my chest just something to give me some pep in my step.
I say to take around 2pm because I do not want to be up all night either. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.Before you try pills, try eating some good carbs around 5:00 - 5:30. I usually try and have a banana and protein shake before a workout.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
